soooo lets throw away them recent rumors of Lauren Conrad NOT!! designing her Lauren Conrad Collection . because our fave Mtv Reality star and Fave Hills hottie is designing the Dresses for the Trophy girls at the emmys!! in case you dont know who the Trophy girls is they are the ones who give out the trophy's .
"for the first time in Emmy history, a celebrity designer will be creating a gown to be worn by the women who are handing out the Emmys statuettes," Ken Ehrlich, executive producer of the telecast, said in a statement Wednesday . "we are very excited to have someone as talented as Lauren Conrad working with us to help make this a very memorable and exciting show ."
Lauren as you can imagine is quite excitied seeing how people were hating and doubting her designing skills . "i am so excited that the Academy has asked me to design a dress for this year's Emmy Awards," Conrad added. "i will be doing a red carpet look that still reflects the simple classic design of the Lauren Conrad Collection, but with a black-tie twist ."
the outfits worn by the Trophy Girls will not be part of the Lauren Conrad Collection . to check them out the show will premiere Sept 21st on ABC television network .
