so i have an interiview with FIDM COLLEGE this friday && somehow i am nervous as heck!! i dont even know why cause this is what i really want!! so ive been on my shit for the past 2days [ yess i got called 2 days ago ] and yes my interview is on friday @ 12:30 lol major shitz!! like $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ situation - Entrance project?! - Transpertation...worrying about getting into that L0AN SiTUATiON omg a bunch of bleeeeeeeep!! But what I really liked about the situation was talking to my advisor she's been sooo nice from O6 - Now :] you go girl!! And when she sent me an email the end was like "if your doing what you love you'll never have to work a day in your life" I don't know if that's exactly how it goes cause I've could've sworn there was the word "Career" in there and you know I sat and looked at that email and that line for a good while and thought "HEYYY THAT IS SO RIGHTT!!" because I wake up for work like "ughh another boring day" and go in like "mann I'm ready to go home" but with Fashion and clothing I'm estatic to even put the Fabric on my Form even before I start sewing or before I sit down it just excites me to go through the whole Fabric Shopping process!! So I am READY and I am WILLING so badd that ill take out these damn LOANS!!! So hopefully the next time I read this post [ after graduating ;) it would have all been well worth it!! ]

in case you didnt know yesturday marked the 7 year passing of our lovely angel Aaliyah Dana Haughton!! she would have been 29years old this year she passed in 2001 while shooting her 2nd single [ && last music video ] "rock the boat" video in the bahamas - she was wrapping up shoot and wanted to board a plane back to the states where she was said planning to marry than beau Damon Dash "X roc a fella ceo" the man who flew the plane other known as the pilot supposingly told the crew that the plane was too heavy but they insisted as to say they were in a hurry..they laterr went on to say that the pilot was drunk. it was the planes fault. and other excuses that didnt matter anymore because Aaliyah and 7 others were already gone!! Viva La Hand Bag stole this rumor from New Delhi, Aug 26 : Barbadian singer Rihanna has allegedly fired her business manager after discovering that she only has 20,000 dollars left in her bank account.

The 20-year-old pop star has accused manager Patricia Williams of stealing her money, reports the China Daily.

It's not my fault that she only has 20,000 dollars to her name. I have worked for many high-profile actors, musicians and multi-million dollar corporations. Why would I steal from Rihanna? said Williams.

i just had to share something that came up today and it made me feel a bit sick to my stomach.

me and my friend Patrick walking into a store, and two paparazzi come up out of nowhere (like usual) and start throwing questions at me...

i was caught out of nowhere so i didn't really come up with the proper response at the time.. there's many other things that i felt like saying, but why give it to a random guy with a camera so that he can make money!
All i am trying to say is, is that, i was raised with a wonderful family surrounding me, of course we have our ups and downs, but all in all my mother taught us to appreciate what we have been given. Nor would she ever encourage, or allow a 14 year old child to alter her body.
i am not judging people that do, but i am just saying that its not something that my family finds necessary to do, especially when you're not even fully developed yet!
It is hard enough being 14 years old and you have enough insecurities to begin with, then add being in the public eye...
i just find it really disconcerting that people have to focus on the negative and that some people are sooooo bored with their own lives that they need to manifest lies to hurt another person.

Reports surfaced earlier this year that The Game would be joining Westside Connection as a replacement for Mack 10. Westside Connection was initially comprised of Mack 10, Ice Cube and WC. Mack 10 would leave the group after a disagreement with Ice Cube.

The Game shot down the reports of joining the group and said he wouldn’t want to be a part of it.

“I don’t know where that came from. That had to come from somebody on the internet. They probably read Mack 10 and Cube were having problems and just put it out there thinking putting me in Westside Connection would be dope,” said Game. “Westside Connection is iconic without me. 1 . set your mind frame to saying "i want to live && become more Healthier" or another motto U feel is weight goal appropriate .

" Actor/comedian Bernie Mac passed away this morning from complications due to pneumonia in a Chicago area hospital," his publicist, Danica Smith, said in a statement from Los Angeles.

“Then I just didn’t know how to execute what I wanted. I was 15, and made a record with no identity. I started writing all these Sol-Angel records three years ago but no other artists wanted to cut them. It wasn’t cool yet because it was before Amy Winehouse, Adele and Duffy. A few people asked, “why aren’t you cutting those records yourself.” Geffen gave me the opportunity to record, turn it in and sign when I was done. I thought for sure I’d do an indie record, where I am happiest, but the key and the challenge now is trying to work with label and get them to know me.”

On why she’s not your average R&B artist :

“I have never felt at home in one demographic. That’s my struggle with management and my label, getting everyone to identify that just because I’m African-American, that doesn’t mean that I’m an urban artist. I make music for people that have a sophisticated ear and are brave enough to support something non-traditional. People complain about the state of music, but there are alot of diverse and talented artists with people that support them. But their fans aren’t the ones calling the radio station, they just want to see a good show. So I said, we should just do a tour and all of the artists that are going to be a part of it will have the same voice and stance on music. So, we, Janelle Monae, Chester French, the Knux and I, got all of our managers on the phone and started making a tour happen. It’s in the very early stages, but we’re trying to put something together.”

this is another one that is hitting home for me . i am a California Breed, born in Oakland, California moved to Vallejo in 8th Grade and started Vallejo School District in 9th Grade!! my mother was born in San Francisco, and i have family all over California . first mother nature hit Los Angeles region, and ill admitt i didn't think to much of it but to keep them in my prayers and wish for the best . cause come on California just isn't Cali without Los Angeles . or without any other city that we have now!! now that the fires have made their way to the Northern Region of California i start to worry...a lot! seeing as i am from NorCal and i rep it proudly!! seeing places i go to on regular bases to go to the mall being burned [ FairField ] or hearing Chico and Santa Rosa, Napa places so close to where my families are makes it unEASY!! to sleep at night it touches me a lot . and nothing is being done about it, besides battling the flames when they get ShaQ height! not cool! they should've had strick police security during Fourth of July, and now they should have Fire Fighter water abandoning homes they should be watering the fields they see with DRY WEEDS!! do not wait until it is tooo late!! what the hell do you have to lose by planning ahead? vs. what you will lose when you let these fires take CHARGE!!

and i feel very much so sorry for the victums of Hurricane Katrina, who moved from Louisiana to California from the Hurricane Katrina and now experiencing California Fires .

Hills star Lauren Conrad is responding to critics who say she's not involved with the creation of her clothing line, the Lauren Conrad Collection .

"The rumors that I am not the designer of my own collection are ridiculous and hurtful," the 22-year-old told Usmagazine.com exclusively . "I've been involved in this entire process, every single step of the way."

"I have wanted to be a fashion designer since I was a little girl," Conrad told Us . "I grew up designing and sewing dresses for my barbie dolls, and the Lauren Conrad Collection has been my dream come true."

Originally I wasn't even going to comment about this whole Malibu situation over the weekend, but I see how much you guys are writing in, and wanting to know the truth, so I just want to set the record straight.
I was a model for Famous Stars and Straps clothing line owned by Travis Barker . I ONLY had a professional relationship with Travis, in which he hired me to represent his brand for one season, which was a year and a half ago.
Secondly, it was immature of me to wear a Famous Stars and Straps t-shirt out the other day. I just wasn't thinking. I want to apologize to you guys for causing confusion and instigating a negative situation. I get so many letters from young girls who come from every type of background and I want to be a positive role model for them, and to my younger sisters Kendall and Kylie . It was a really immature thing to do and I was just upset about the situation.
Reggie and I are in a normal healthy relationship. We trust each other blindly. He was there with me every step of the way throughout the Famous shoot. When I got upset about things being said that just aren't true, he has helped me to see how silly this whole situation is.
I have nothing against the parties involved and don't know why they feel the way they do. But what I do know is that there are so many more important, positive things to focus on right now, and that's what I will continue to do: look forward, not behind.

Leukemia is a type of Cancer, that begins in the Blood Cells . people with Leukemia bone marrow don't produce regular cells the produce Leukemia Cells into the blood streem . at first Leukemia Cells tend to function like normal cells until too many is produce and blocking the process of white blood cells, red blood cells, & platelets, making it harder for the blood to do its job .

* Types of Leukemia?
the types of Leukemia are grouped by how quickly the disease develops and gets worse . Leukemia is either Chronic (gets worse slowly) or Acute (gets worse quickly) ;

Chronic Leukemia — early in the disease, the abnormal blood cells can still do their work, and people with Chronic Leukemia may not have any symptoms . slowly, Chronic Leukemia gets worse . it causes symptoms as the number of Leukemia Cells in the blood rises .

1 . Heath Ledger, omg yesss! this amazingly talented ACTOR is on the tip of everybodies tongues which is weird seeing how his movie [ The Dark Knight ] has been out for 8 days [ July 18th, 2008 ], what other movie keeps you talking for 8 days?! and in 8 days have Hollywood screaming talks of an "OSCAR!" the movie also had people camping out a day before just to be the first ones to see it!! and yes i believe that Batman is the best superhero but sheez there's gotta be more than Kristen Bale.. ohh, i know how about the Joker? Heath was known for transforming into his characters and he sure did a damn good job at it, cause let me say ive never been more scared of the joker, they're usually green & purple but not Heath Ledger he knew the Joker was a Villian and a Villian he was, a damn good one!! you know some one is great when everywhere you go people are showing gratitude to one of the best actors and everybody is devastated! so when you look on t.v. and they're playing Brokeback Mountain or 1O Things i hate about you, we are constantly reminded of his smile and talent...ughh, why couldn't they had done this when he was still with us?! god bless Matilda Ledger & the Ledger family, thank you for sharing your blessing with us! this is an unsettled topic when it comes to fashion . people feel the need to throw the title of "sneakerhead" or "collector" around lightly like anybody and everybody is one! WRONG?! wtf, is you kidding me man?! that's like calling Micheal Jordan, ShaQ by accident and saying "ohh well they both basketball players!" that's a total Burrn to a real Jordan Fan [ sneaker and or basketball ] and the biggest rip to a true sneakerhead! i mean its more than a collection to them its an actual "Life Style" .

a real sneaker head .
has shoes that you never seen before, come on i know I'm not the only one that has to look twice at some one elses shoes, before i can walk away! they also may have some shoes from a year before they were even born, "sneakerheads" are like trendsetta's they have original shoes! and they don't care what's in its about style elagance & flava!

a foney sneaker head .
has all the jordans, vans, blazers, that them and their friends think are hot most likely the shoes that anyone can get and most likely already got, their collection is example: O7-O8 basically it has no solid base, but i guess some people do catch on slow?

a real sneaker head .
spends/or have spended Guap on their collection, and i can verify! i SJR has spent 4OO bucks on 1 pair of Dunks! [ wow, i should be a rapper "bucks&dunks" lol ] so yes don't think shoe collecting is a game, and the only person ive seen rocking my dunks was chris brown! so big ups!

well hopefully these few tips i have mentioned could help clear up the phoney allegations of a self proclaimed "sneakerhead" 2OO shoes in your closet doesn't really make you a "sneakerhead" i mean my sister is 12yrs old and she has over 2OO shoes, its about your value! your collectables! some people are so in depth with their collection that they still have their shoes from 6yrs ago, regardless of if they fit or not... im telling you its a sickness! and if Lindsay, Bruce, & Mary kate wasn't taking up all the room in rehabs there would def. be a lot more entries!

i think its really neat how people around the world are turning to Eco - Friendly ways aka "Going Green" with their clothing! [ Hey well duhh, i was born in Oakland right by Berkeley, the home of "Tree Huggers" ] so i have a big weakness for Eco - Friendly people, Tree Huggers and Hippies ;) . i respect people who step outside of the circle to be square because that's what life is about! and hey, i bet you can't even tell the difference between a Green shirt and a Non Green shirt! besides their catchy slogans

one of the biggest MISCONCEPTION about GOING GREEN with clothing that i have ran across was the fact that U have to save your gum papers and tissues to make an outfit! WRONG . but you totally can if you are mucho talented . but if you go into your local Fabric stores [ Hancock, Mood, Joann's ] just ask if they have an "Organic" section & tadahh no melting bottle caps needed for you! because a lot of stores are changing with the current and Green is the new Black!

and to make life even swell for the Pricey Shoppers places like Juicy Couture & Urban Outfitters are sale'n "Go Green" Bags and shirts!

wow, so i am currently sitting at the park with my sister and her friend and the park is filled with at least 5 families i should say and aprox. 2O+ kids so i come and sit on the bench and is joined by my sister and her friend so i can't help but ask "is this what U came 2 the park for?!" cause i was in depth watching my Heath Ledger portray a Rebel in his first U.S. film "Ten things i hate about you" and she sneakishly answers "yes" as her friend whom is 11yrs old is rocking a beyonce weave to her weseley snipes skin [ come on she's a kid!! her hair will grow....braid that shit ] lets out a giggle in front of us happens to be 2 black boys and a mexican girl [ who all attend skool with my sister and her friend and is 11 also ] and the girl is "flirting" with the 2 boys and the boys way of flirting is grabbing their balls and taking the wood chips and poking the girl in her booty and she giggles in front of her no older than 7yr old sister...so the other boy joins in and i guess she gets nervous as seeing if they were 17 she would have came close to rape! so she tells the boys to "stop" of course to show that they are the dominate ones they throw bark at her and say "sux my hairy balls bitch" and keep poking her in the ass...they saying shit like "shut the fuck up" and "suck this dick bitch" where they hell are their parents?! and why aren't they teaching them something!? since ive been in california [ since i was born ] ive seen kids go from bad to worst like in 1 month, the mothers are becoming younger and the fathers are leaving, gangs are growing and so is the fighting/crime rate and drop out rate . just because you may think its cool to try and act cool by reinacting what you see 5O do or Tookie Williams but its not . guns will not get you far, education WILL!!
